1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services, games, websites, or applications operated by RBVGames (collectively "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Eligibility Requirements

1.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:

- Reverse engineering or decompiling game code
- Commercial use of game assets or services
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Distribution of viruses or malicious code
- Real money trading (RMT) of virtual items
1.5 Termination Policy
RBVGames reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
- Remove or modify content without notice
- Take legal action against violations
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Copyright Ownership
RBVGames retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:
- All game software, code, and binaries
- Visual assets, textures, and 3D models
- Audio files, music, and sound effects
- Documentation and website content
- Branding elements and logos
2.2 Limited License
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to:
- Access and use Services for personal entertainment
- Create fan content with proper attribution
- Stream gameplay with commentary
This license terminates automatically if you violate any Terms.
2.3 Copyright Infringement
RBVGames will pursue legal action against:
- Unauthorized distribution of game assets
- Creation of derivative works without permission
- Commercial use of copyrighted material
3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1 Purchases
All in-game purchases:
- Are final and non-refundable
- Grant no ownership rights to virtual items
- May be modified or removed at our discretion
3.2 No Chargebacks
Chargebacks will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent ban from all Services
- Possible legal action for fraudulent disputes
4. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RBVGAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE
- DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
- INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO SYSTEMS
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Poland under Polish law. You waive rights to:
- Class action lawsuits
- Jury trials
- Any form of collective claims
